Words from my mother

Oris GeorgeWhile looking through a box of junk I’ve been going to sort through for several years, I found a note my mother sent to me when I was over seas, more years ago than I want to count.

“Happiness is knowing who you are, also, what you are.

  1. So true, Oris. And this shows through in your book, in your story where you and Henry go to town using your parents truck. You knew who you were even at that young age; you had more of a sense of right and wrong than Henry.

I understand your next book signing is in Lamar, at Country Treasures, August 13th and 16th?? Do you have a time yet?

  2. Danielle,
    Thank you for your comments,

I’m looking forward to the book signing At Country Treasures.

At this moment it looks like it will be an all day affair both days. On the sidewalk before and during the festivities then inside the rest of the day.
Carol has a neat store. I’m pleased she asked me.

  3. I am sorry to err, above, with your book signing dates.

You’ll be signing at Country Treasures antique store, 120 S. Main Street, Lamar, Co on 8/6 and 8/13 – all day, correct?

    Danielle
